Please read these terms & conditions carefully before buying any items or workshops from Emco Studios LDA. Please be aware that by ordering any product or service on our online boutique, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

The online store www.emcostudios.com an online catalogue and e-shop. It is edited and operated by Marta Cypel, based in Lisbon and Paris.

All pieces are unique and created by Marta Cypel. Size, shape, and nuances may differ from one piece to another.
By purchasing on www.emcostudios.com you agree to personal use only and disregard any intentions of resale. In case you would like to resell our Item feel free to contact us on marta.colombo.cypel@gmail.com for a proper and contractual collaboration.
By buying on emcostudios.com you agree of preordering most of the Items. Production is order based and rarely available in stock. You therefore agree to wait from 4 to 6 weeks to have your order produced and shipped. Please note that during phases of increased production orders can take from 6 to 8 weeks before shipping. Items can be preordered and produced only after a full down payment.
Products and services available exclusively on www.emcostudios.com are unique and have no stock therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged. View the return and exchange policies section below.
Be aware that colors, size, and shapes can be altered on digital devices. Emco Studios cannot guarantee or be responsible for any misrepresentations of items purchased on www.emcostudios.com. WORKSHOPS
Booking - Workshops slots must be booked directly with Marta Cypel by writing to marta.colombo.cypel@gmail.com and will be confirmed only after full down payment.
Format - Only Wheel throwing workshops are dispensed on a one-on-one format.
Cancellation policy - Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class or rearrange the schedule. You may cancel by phone or email: marta.colombo.cypel@gmail.com. If you must cancel your class within the 7 days, please note that we do not offer refunds, you will therefore receive the possibility to reschedule the class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 7 requested days, you will lose the payment for the class.
Delay – a 20-minute delay is tolerated beyond that we will be cancelling the class.
Keep Your Workshop Clean, we kindly request our students to clean all the tools, materials and space used during the workshop.
Dress For the Occasion - working overalls are highly recommended. Make sure nails are short especially for the wheel throwing classes.

Emco Studios production is in Lisbon, Portugal, where all items are shipped from. GLS, UPS and CTT are the main shipping services we used.
Delivery can take from 4 to 14 days from shipping confirmation of your order.
Unclaimed packages returning to Portugal will not be returned unless a second-round shipping fees is paid by the recipient.
International shipping can be impacted by additional customs taxes and duty fees. Shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties, recipients are responsible for any additional costs applied by customs at destination. In accordance with Portugal export regulations Emco Studios is required to declare the exact value of each shipping. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact local customs office directly. If receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties at delivery, item(s) will be returned to Emco Studios. If the latter occurs the value of returned items can be refunded except the returning shipping fees and the original shipping fees.

All creations are unique we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
The customer must ensure that full and accurate details of the delivery address are provided (including in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or interphone numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information risks delaying delivery or even requiring re-delivery.
In the case of lost packages and failed delivery, customer is entitled to request cancellation of the sale and a full refund of all sums paid.
The customer is advised to check the product’s conformity at the time of delivery, in case of brokage we kindly ask to contact marta.colombo.cypel@gmail.com by e-mail, reporting the damages with photographs. In this exceptional case customer can request a full refund.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
